Child Safety Standards

InContacts’ public standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

About InContacts

These Child Safety Standards apply to the InContacts mobile application and related services operated under the InContacts name (the developer/publisher as listed on Google Play and other app stores).

InContacts is a professional and local networking app for discovering people, jobs, services, and opportunities through your network. We are committed to keeping the platform free from child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Prohibition of CSAE and CSAM

InContacts has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

You must not use InContacts to create, upload, share, request, store, link to, or otherwise facilitate:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors.
  • Grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, or attempts to engage minors in sexual activity.
  • Sexualization of minors in any form—including text, images, video, audio, or links.
  • Off-platform arrangements that use InContacts to find, contact, or exploit minors for sexual purposes.

This prohibition applies to all users and all content on the service, including inquiries, jobs, profile media, ratings messages, and any other user-generated material.

What we do when we find violations

When we become aware of CSAE/CSAM or related violations, we take action that may include:

  • Removing the violating content from InContacts.
  • Suspending or permanently banning the responsible accounts.
  • Preserving relevant records as required by law to support investigations.
  • Reporting to appropriate authorities, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and/or local law enforcement.

We review reports in good faith and may take additional steps we believe are necessary to protect children and comply with applicable law.

How to report

If you see content or behavior on InContacts that may involve CSAE or CSAM, report it immediately. Use any in-app reporting tools when available, and contact us at kgmayani121gmail.com . Include enough detail for us to locate the content or account (for example, usernames, screenshots, dates, and links).

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. You may also report CSAM to NCMEC’s CyberTipline or your local equivalent.

Cooperation with authorities

InContacts cooperates with lawful requests from law enforcement and child protection organizations in connection with CSAE/CSAM investigations, consistent with applicable law and our User Policy.

Updates

We may update these Child Safety Standards from time to time. The current version is published at https://incontacts.app/child-safety and linked from our website. Material changes may also be reflected in the app or through support channels.
